White Oak Garden Center's Great Gardener Program is designed to reward our best and most loyal customers and to express our gratitude for your continued patronage through the years. Members receive a $5 reward certificate for every $100 spent at White Oak Garden Center. Just inform a cashier of your membership with your name or phone number each time you make a purchase. Other benefits include pre-notification of sales, seminars, and special and events. Also, a member's purchase history is confidentially maintained for our Great Gardeners, so we can tell you what type of mulch and how much was used last year, or what type of grass seed you used, or the variety of hosta purchased last month.

How do I earn $5 reward certificates, and how can I use them?

• For every $100 of purchases you make at White Oak Garden Center, we will mail you a $5.00 Reward Certificate.
• Sales tax and redeemed certificates do not apply to your purchase totals.
• Certificates are mailed out the first week of each month.
• Any balance less that $100 is carried forward and combined with future purchases.
• A minimum of $100 in accumulated purchases must be made in one calendar year to be carried over after December 31.
• Purchase totals begin accumulating the day you sign up. Previous purchases cannot be added.
• Plant and landscape installations are not eligible for this program.
• Lost reward certificates cannot be reissued.
• Signing up under one name per household is the fastest way to reach the $100 total.
• Each person's sales are tallied separately. We are unable to combine names of family members at a later date.
• Great Gardeners Program is for individuals. Landscapers, churches, businesses and other such groups are not eligible.
• $5.00 Reward Certificates can be used for any purchase of installations charges.
• In order to use your $5.00 Reward Certificate, you must have it with you at the time of purchase.
